
Dr. Rhinehart is an independent Doctor of Optometry. He has been practicing in southeastern Idaho for 16 years. After graduating from Idaho State University with a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, he attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Visual Science and his Doctor of Optometry degree.
He is a member of the Idaho Optometric Physicians Association, the American Optometric Association and an Idaho Eye and Laser Center LASIK affiliate. Dr. Rhinehart is also a guest lecturer in ISU's College of Pharmacy where he lectures on glaucoma medications and other ophthalmic drugs. He enjoys practicing optometry and loves to help people see better.
Dr. Rhinehart is a man of many past and present interests which have included instrumental music, beekeeping, fantasy-football, creative writing, woodworking, reading, cooking, photography and family history. He lives in Idaho Falls with his wife Heather and their five children.
